The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Pusiga in the 2020 elections has filed and electoral petition at the Bolegatanga High Court. The petition was filed on Friday, 8th January, 2020.
Mr. Abdul-Karim Zanni Dubiure who contested the Parliamentary seat in the Pusiga Constituency on the ticket of the NPP is praying to the High Court to declare him the winner in the December 7th 2020 parliamentary elections in the said constituency.
The Electoral Commission and Laadi Ayii Ayamba(MP) are the 1st and 2nd Respondents respectively. Both Respondents are expected to enter appearance within 8days through their lawyers as stated in the Constitution.
