The member of parliament for the famous Bantama constituency in the Ashanti region has blessed the Bohyen and Sofoline Police stations with brand new 4*4 Nissan pick-ups. He made this donation as his fulfilment to ensure the safeguard and adequate security in the Bantama constituency.
Chief Asenso-Boakye until assumption of the seat as the member of parliament for Bantama constituency has implemented numerous developmental projects in the constituency including roads, scholarship for needy students, ultra-modern sports complex, etc. This developmental agenda has never been witnessed in Bantama constituency still Independence.
During the presentation, he said "As a Member of Parliament for Bantama, situated at the heart of Kumasi, community safety and security is of paramount importance to me. My constituents should feel safe, whether at home, walking in the street or at work. That is why, yesterday, I donated Two (2) 4x4 Nissan Pick-Up vehicles to the Bohyen and Suntreso Police District Command, which serves the Bantama Constituency and beyond. I am hopeful that this will help support the crime prevention duties in the two Police Districts.
